We have always had many ideas to improve Matbase, but the old CMS did allow us to add new functionality to Matbase as fast and easy as we would like. Unfortunately, it was not possible to do the transition in one big bang. So you will be switching between the old and the new sections while you wander through Matbase until a full transition is possible. We hope you'll not be bothered by that.

We hope that you do appreciate new sections like the Events calendar and Forum. We believe these new sections are an important step towards becoming a real platform for exchanging knowledge on material properties, application and processing. We are becoming interactive!
